Milan Christoper’s relationship with Miles Brock brought the first openly gay relationship to the Love & Hip Hop franchise but now the rapper is shedding light on a bigger issue in the LGBTQ community. In the visuals for his new record “When I Go,” featuring Papi Chulo, Milan plays a character who takes his life after battling with his partner.
In the midst of promoting the single, Milan has shared photos of his own personal struggles to his Instagram, writing, “I wish my music video was art imitating life, but it is actually my life manifesting through my art.”
