..Things are looking up for Mr. and Mrs. Beyonce after all.
It’s been less than a month since Beyoncé made everyone tune into an actual TV to watch her new album, and word on the street is there’s more to come. A new report from Page Six says that Beyonce and Jay Z have completed a joint album and plan to drop it on Tidal “very soon.” From Page Six:
“Sources confirmed exclusively to Page Six that Jay and Bey’s surprise album is complete, and it will drop on his streaming service Tidal very soon.One source told us, ’Jay and Beyoncé were never going to do an interview to address all the questions that came up after Lemonade. It’s more their style to respond through music.'”
A Bey and Jay joint album has been in talks for months, but this is the first time an outlet has reported that it’s finished. Lemonade reignited Jay Z cheating rumors, which leads many to think that the couple’s forthcoming joint album will be a response to Lemonade. We already learned how Jay Z feels about Beyoncé’s latestshortly after it dropped, but perhaps we’ll learn even more in this new album.
While people continue to speculate on what the album will be called, as well as its subject matter, it’s safe to say that the project will 100% drop on Tidal. Here’s hoping it comes in time for Beyoncé and Jay Z to perform parts of it together on her Formation World Tour. The BeyHive can dream, right?.
