.The first weekend of Coachella was packed with huge performances, anticipated reunions and so many surprise guests it kind of stopped being a surprise after a while. Except it clearly didn't, because the fest generated more than 3.8 million tweets, with Halseytopping the tally of the most-tweeted about performer thanks to her surprise duet with Brendon Urie from Panic! at the Disco.
Just behind the "New Americana" singer on the most-tweeted list according to Twitter was Snoop Dogg, who blessed Ice Cube's set with bits of "Go to Church" and "The Next Episode" and Kanye West, who made a somewhat muted appearance during A$AP Rocky's performance on Friday and stood mute while Jack Uplayed "Power" during their set later that night.
Not surprisingly, the reunited Guns N' Roses slid in at the #4 slot on the Twitter list, thanks to the first big stage sight of Axl Rose and Slash playing together again, not to mention an unannounced guest slot from AC/DC guitarist Angus Young.
